We understand travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both parties.
30+ days before travel: 90% refund
15–29 days before travel: 50% refund
7–14 days before travel: 25% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund
If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduled tour option will be provided.
For group bookings, if a member cancels, charges apply as per the above schedule.
No refund will be given for cancellations caused by natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions beyond our control.
